Our approach focused on translating intricate network operations into a streamlined, user-centric interface. Challenge
Where we come in
Redesigning cnMaestro required navigating a high-stakes environment where extreme data density meets critical operational speed. We were tasked with synthesizing fragmented legacy workflows and a complex information architecture into a unified system that could serve both novice and expert administrators.
The primary hurdle was reducing the immense cognitive load inherent in managing multi-site networks, ensuring that advanced technical functionality never compromised usability. Ultimately, the goal was to compress the time-to-resolution in high-pressure scenarios, transforming a data-heavy interface into a high-velocity tool for rapid, accurate decision-making.
