We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll lead UX design projects from research to high-fidelity prototypes, focusing on website design, design systems, and AI-driven interfaces. Your work will shape digital products used by millions, combining user-centered design principles with emerging technologies to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Lead end-to-end UX design for website projects, from user research, wireframes, and prototypes to design handoff.
• Design and maintain scalable Design Systems ensuring consistency, usability, and efficiency across products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other designers to define user flows, interaction models, and information architecture.
• Research and design interfaces that incorporate AI-driven experiences, focusing on usability, context, and intuitive interactions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven evaluations to inform design decisions and optimize UX solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially in AI interfaces, responsive web design, and emerging UX patterns.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

• Experience of UX design experience, preferably working on website design, design systems, and AI/complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of website design, design systems, and complex user flows.
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and prototyping tools (InVision, Principle, etc.).
• Experience with building and maintaining Design Systems (component libraries, reusable patterns, documentation).
• Understanding of AI-driven design concepts, conversational interfaces, and data-driven UX solutions.
• Solid knowledge of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in agile product development environments.
