As a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work to identify, source, and recruit talented, creative resources. You will also work to establish a hiring pipeline, process, and metrics for successful hires. You will work directly with leaders across the company to build world-class teams that are diverse and inclusive.

• Source applicants through active channels like job postings, industry groups, Slack channels, and design communities
• Work with third-party recruitment firms to source candidates
• You will screen candidates and their portfolios and set up interviews
• Build a strong hiring pipeline and plan hiring needs for the year
• Participate in marketing events to attract and hire talent
• Assist in managing inbound applications across the organization
• Understand the design needs of the organization to create well-drafted JDs

• A Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Past experience working in service or studio or consulting environment
• Ability to strategize and execute hiring plans
• Ability to understand Hiring needs, and requirements, and draft JDs
• Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent across
• Strong track record of finding passive candidates to fill open roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to easily reach out to candidates
• Passion and drive to perform and close positions
• A great track record in achieving set goals
• Management capabilities and strong leadership skills
• You are detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
