As a Sr Flutter Developer, you will be an integral part of our small high-performing teams (The HiPER Team) designed to rapidly deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. • Develop and deploy mobile and web applications using Flutter
• Develop unit, widget, and integration tests as part of the test automation suite
• Incorporate application performance testing tools and optimization techniques
• Translate UI/UX designs into code, generally from Figma or Zeplin prototypes
• Provide leadership on Flutter coding best practices
• Research Flutter packages, conduct proof of concept prototypes, and make recommendations
• Incorporate disciplined, clean code practices per Robert Martin’s Clean Code
• Tightly collaborate with back-end developers and the user experience team
• Incorporate Extreme Programming practices such as pairing, test-driven development, continuous integration, and refactoring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least one year of developing Flutter applications for mobile and/or web
• Demonstrable examples of Flutter applications worked on and deployed
• Experience developing Flutter web applications responsive to mobile devices
• Experience developing iOS/Android apps with Flutter. Either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on GitHub;
• Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing of Flutter applications
• Experience with performance testing and optimization of Flutter applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 2-4 hour overlap with US time zones
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of Location Services, Maps, and other common Android/IOS libraries
• Experience using pub.dev and/or other 3rd party libraries
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop new, out-of-the-box ideas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to project schedule/timelines
• You are detail-oriented and have highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• You must be a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on.
• Organize and document projects and the team’s work in writing
